The Enterprise Account Manager is a customer facing role with a focus on Enterprise accounts (more than 5,000 employees). The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for uncovering enterprise opportunities with new and existing customers, aligning ENGAGE strategically and formally with the customer, whether this be at framework or contractual level, and presenting all available lines of business to the customer.  They are responsible for selling multi-department and cross channel in engaging multi-level contracts, vertically and horizontally, and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement and execute Strategic Account plans.

  • Present and execute ENGAGE solutions across the entire Account Portfolio.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.

  • Monitor all accounts within the portfolio at Enterprise level and report Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year.

  • Manage 10-20+ accounts with a focus on customers within an excess of 5,000 employees.

  • Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through effective new business development and account management.

  • Prepare and present quarter, half year and annual forecasts to ENGAGE Executives as requested.

  • Uncover opportunities at existing accounts and establish new accounts to develop sales pipeline.

  • Maintain pipeline, track interactions with prospects and customers.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tool.

  • Conduct virtual and onsite high-level demonstrations of the products.

  • Occasional travel to customer sites as appropriate.

Requirements 

  • SaaS sales experience, preferably Talent Acquisition / HR / People Analytics industry.

  • Experience successfully selling into technical user base, VP-level and above.

  • Superb relationship building skills and ability to show value to clients.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive extremely fast.

Account Executives are the backbone of ENGAGE’s revenue generating engine. AEs are expected to meet clearly defined monthly and quarterly sales goals; represent the company with the highest level of professionalism; be able to forecast their pipeline with high level of accuracy; be prompt in responding to customers and show a high level of urgency in communication and actions; be a self-starter requiring little supervision; and stay fully abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years experience in SaaS sales with focus on B2B solutions
- Comfortable with a remote sales process mostly managed on the phone
- Experience in demonstrating enterprise solutions and articulating their value proposition
- Experience managing moderately complex sales process
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management tools like Salesloft
- Recruiting background is a huge plus
- Experience selling HR technology is a huge plus
- Existing relationships with recruiting and talent acquisition technology buyers is highly desirable

Quality Assurance Analyst. Charleston, SC

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst that will perform testing tasks to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and that data ingested and data output is accurate and complete. Conducts thorough investigations to help identify root causes of issues and document the problem clearly for engineers to be able to efficiently identify solutions to problems.  Communicates with product development engineers, data engineers, data scientists and customer success representatives on product and data issues. Develops test case and scripts that will be primarily focused on the ENGAGE Talent platform and the data that supports it.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defines and documents QA/Testing methodologies and processes
  • Develops, maintains or generates data needed to test scenario/scripts; documents test cases and scripts in a common repository
  • Works with the team to identify, develop, create and improve the testing processes/framework
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Creates/maintains test cases and automated test scripts based upon business processes (end to end)
  • Analyzes and reports overall test results and status
  • Ensures adherence to QA process best practices including defect management, test case execution and metrics reporting, requirements traceability.
  • Assists with estimation of projects.
  • Analyze business and user requirements for clarity and completeness.
  • Drafts and reviews business, user and non-functional/system level requirements in the form of user stories and use cases.
  • Document and manage requirements using web-based requirements management packages.
  • Confirms the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested.
  • Develop and assist in grooming and prioritizing user stories in the product backlog
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and customer success
  • Ensure the quality of the delivered product by completing test cases and communicating found issues with development

What we’ll want you to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • This is an entry-level position, requiring 1 to 2 years in an agile software development environment (application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience testing and validating software requirements and/or troubleshooting software and identifying/documenting reproducible bugs.
  • Experience reviewing business requirements to create and execute test cases
  • Experience with SQL required
  • Experience with python and Elasticsearch preferred

Duties for the Customer Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on customer growth opportunities, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. Strategic planning around identifying KPI’s with customers and ongoing measurement with proactive reporting to customers ROI.
