The Enterprise Account Manager is a customer facing role with a focus on Enterprise accounts (more than 5,000 employees). The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for uncovering enterprise opportunities with new and existing customers, aligning ENGAGE strategically and formally with the customer, whether this be at framework or contractual level, and presenting all available lines of business to the customer.  They are responsible for selling multi-department and cross channel in engaging multi-level contracts, vertically and horizontally, and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement and execute Strategic Account plans.

  • Present and execute ENGAGE solutions across the entire Account Portfolio.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.

  • Monitor all accounts within the portfolio at Enterprise level and report Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year.

  • Manage 10-20+ accounts with a focus on customers within an excess of 5,000 employees.

  • Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and win new Enterprise accounts through effective new business development and account management.

  • Prepare and present quarter, half year and annual forecasts to ENGAGE Executives as requested.

  • Uncover opportunities at existing accounts and establish new accounts to develop sales pipeline.

  • Maintain pipeline, track interactions with prospects and customers.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tool.

  • Conduct virtual and onsite high-level demonstrations of the products.

  • Occasional travel to customer sites as appropriate.

Requirements 

  • SaaS sales experience, preferably Talent Acquisition / HR / People Analytics industry.

  • Experience successfully selling into technical user base, VP-level and above.

  • Superb relationship building skills and ability to show value to clients.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive extremely fast.

Account Executives are the backbone of ENGAGE’s revenue generating engine. AEs are expected to meet clearly defined monthly and quarterly sales goals; represent the company with the highest level of professionalism; be able to forecast their pipeline with high level of accuracy; be prompt in responding to customers and show a high level of urgency in communication and actions; be a self-starter requiring little supervision; and stay fully abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years experience in SaaS sales with focus on B2B solutions
- Comfortable with a remote sales process mostly managed on the phone
- Experience in demonstrating enterprise solutions and articulating their value proposition
- Experience managing moderately complex sales process
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management tools like Salesloft
- Recruiting background is a huge plus
- Experience selling HR technology is a huge plus
- Existing relationships with recruiting and talent acquisition technology buyers is highly desirable

Job Description- Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Analyst that will document, analyze, and recommend requirements for product development based on the business needs of stakeholders. This includes talking to stakeholders, including the product, development, and customer success teams to gather and compile requirements to convey to the development teams throughout the software lifecycle. The Technical Analyst will also help support the development process, and to confirm that project deliverables are tested according to specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and user requirements for clarity, completeness, scope, and technical feasibility.

  • Drafts and reviews business, user and non-functional/system level requirements in the form of user stories and use cases and confirming with supervisor before distributing.

  • Document and manage requirements using web-based requirements management packages.

  • Confirms the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested.

  • Identify relationships and dependencies between requirements, and estimation of technical effort.

  • Develop and assist in grooming and prioritizing user stories in the product backlog

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and customer success

  • Monitor and report status of technical activities to completion

  • Ensure the quality of the delivered product by completing test cases and communicating found issues with development

  • Prioritizing fixing found issues, and communicating known issues with customer success if necessary prior to sign off on sprint completion prior to release

  • Manage requirements communications with business and project stakeholders.

  • Understands and can utilize the appropriate methods to elicit and document requirements

  • Understands and documents change requests related to requirements to assess overall impact

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Able to develop relationships with project stakeholders with different ranks and backgrounds

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience

  • This is an entry-level position, requiring 1 to 2 years in a agile software development environment (application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure)

  • Experience writing/reviewing business requirements

  • Experience testing and validating software requirements and/or troubleshooting software and identifying/documenting reproducible bugs.
