About you:

  • You have a few years of experience in candidate sourcing and research likely with a leading RPO, executive search firm, or a recruiting agency

  • You were that team’s “ninja”, the one who has the most knowledge in using candidate sourcing technologies and techniques including advanced Boolean Search, platforms like Linkedin Recruiter, and potentially Google X-ray

  • If your sourcing/research experience was in financial services, technology/engineering, or healthcare, then that’s also a major advantage

  • If you have previous experience with sourcing platforms like Entelo, TalentBin, Hiretual, or HiringSolved that is a huge plus

  • You are ready to leverage your knowledge to help other recruiters successfully use the most advanced AI Recruiting platform.

Daily Execution Excellence:

  • Assisting customers in searching for their best candidates and connecting with them using ENGAGE.

  • Becoming an expert in the ENGAGE platform, and using that technical expertise to serve as a trusted adviser for customers and end users

  • Handling inbound calls or chats from customers with the intent of answering questions, teaching best practices, or troubleshooting issues using a variety of tools, techniques and procedures

  • Using technical aptitude and a love for people to address customers' explicit needs and fill in the gaps for the unspoken needs

We are looking for a Data Analyst/ (junior) Data Scientist that will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products. Your primary focus will be in applying data analysis techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality reporting systems integrated with our products and operations. Eagerness to learn new skills and become an expert on the data and data modeling techniques as well as on the business problems that we are solving both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Troubleshoot problems with data and processing
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Creating visualizations and automated reporting for internal and external users
  • Proactively identify ways to improve processes
  • Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
  • Selecting features, building and optimizing models using machine learning techniques

Skills and Qualifications

  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  • Great communication skills
  • Data-oriented and inquisitive personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and tools, working knowledge of Sisense (preferred), Tableu, Domo, or similar tools is a huge plus
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
  • Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
  • Good scripting and programming skills, including languages like Python, R and leveraging tools like Apache Spark for handling large data processes

Account Executives are the backbone of ENGAGE’s revenue generating engine. Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

The role will involve working directly with the Head of Marketing to assist with the below responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing lifecycle of the planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns. This includes A/B testing for ads, email, subject lines and calls to action to optimize lead conversion.
  • Develop and own the MQL to SQL forecast and reporting dashboard.
  • Optimize website for SEO and lead generation
  • Understand, analyze, and provide recommendations from analytics for all digital-marketing related activities including, social media sites, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Execute and optimize all paid digital efforts, including display advertising, mobile & SEO including Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
  • Manage e-mail marketing programs, lists, imports, and permissions
  • Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar
  • Integrate online activities with off-line marketing communications plans to ensure results
  • Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development
  • Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online
  • Campaigns and help build a marketing tech stack integrated into a sales tech stack and CRM platform
  • Engage with customer success, sales, and executive team to understand and apply customer segmentation data to ongoing lead generation campaigns
  • Review and assess Salesforce and SalesLoft and other Marketing Tech applications
  • Determine where we can track attribution and where we can't and recommend strategies and implement
  • Develop an analytics dashboard to track multitouch attribution throughout the buyer journey and to close
  • Determine how we would implement lead scoring including the definitions for nurture and MQLs
  • Develop a customer journey map showing types of content and communications channel at each buying stage

About You

  • Strong analytical skills including the proven ability to identify data trends, demonstrate critical thinking and assess results to present implications in actionable manner.
  • Self-motivated marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has delivered proven results with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to influence others through insights and facts by grounding perspectives in data and tangible learnings.
  • Strong communications skills. Examples: ability to develop actionable briefs and manage the creative process; assess results and craft concise recommendations; develop new ideas and support them with funding rationale.
  • A sense of energy and passion about our products, customers, co-workers and growing our business. Skills
  • Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience within a direct marketing/advertising agency or SaaS technology company with a core growth model based on inbound leads. Consumer and online/digital marketing experience highly desired.
  • Ability to successfully work in a culture-based organization including leading indirect resources to achieve your goals.
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor of Science with a concentration in marketing or business administration preferred.
