To unclog your cache, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the following in your address bar `chrome://settings/siteData`
  2. There is search bar on the right hand side that says `Search cookies`. In that search box, type ``
  3. Click the button that says `Remove All Shown`
  4. Login again
